My wife and I are heading to Florida between xmas and new years. Planning on hitting WW and Hilliard up by Jacksonville. Then we're heading to Ocala for a couple days to visit her sister.
I plan on riding there and have been researching tracks.
Waldo and Wildwood look pretty nice. Don't want to drive more than an hour if possible. Hardrock didn't look to great on the website.
Any thoughts for a 60 year old moderately fast vet rider? lol

Waldo is super fun, I'd go there before Bostwick personally.
No bullshit, it's ranked as one of the top speed traps in the country.....the whole country

That said, nice track
The Shop
You guy's even spared me the old guy jokes. lol.
Looks like Waldo would be a good one to hit on the way from Jacksonville to Ocala.

Dirtfarm MX is good too and it's only 20 minutes from Hilliard. Waldo is probably my favorite, mainly because they are always open and the track is always primo. The others mentioned are good too.
edit: I have no idea why when I post mobile I have a different avatar and spelling of username, swear I'm not a multiple username creeper!
Pit Row
The thing about mx in Florida is, there's always plenty of options.
You guy's are lucky to have so many nice places to ride!
Will most of these tracks be open during the week between Christmas and New Years? Just trying to plan my week.
Honestly, if you're going to be around Ocala and want some bad ass riding....hit up the Ocala National Forest. You can ride all day long in there and never ride the same trail. These aren't your redneck buddy's trails either. There are some really bitchen sections with some pretty good sweeping sand turns and bowls. Don't be afraid to pin it in the trees.
I'm originally from Indy and grew up racing the old D.15.
We're looking forward to retiring in a few years so we can get the hell out of here in the winter.
