Ex national pro Vernon mckiddie turned track builder and he is fantastic! I I have rode several of his creation in Texas and they are always spot on! I also heard that his prices are reasonable.

A guy named Billy Schlag runs a company called Trail Pros. He also host/owns/promotes the Sprint Cross Country Series. Its a hare scramble/sprint enduro series in the DMV area. I have never contracted him but I have raced several of his SXCS courses. They were a blast, demanding but fun. Definitely worth a phone call/quote. https://www.trailpros.us/

Brad DePringer of DPMX. Not sure how far he would travel to build a track but his rates are very reasonable for the market and super open to answering questions.
