From like 08-15 I kinda tuned out of the sport. It wasn't the best overall season nostalgia wise but after Roczen starting to show in SX in 2016 I had him pinned to swamp the outdoors and he did. He had insane gaps in so many of the races and winning 20 out of 24 motos had me so hyped

Recently, some of the Tomac Musquin battles from 18 have to be up there, High Point Moto 2 and Southwick Moto 1, great racing.

Stew and Trey Canard in moto 2 at Millville in '13 gave it one helluva try. The really scary thing is, for as fast as they were going, Dungey had 30 seconds on them at the end.

I don't remember if it was the first or the second moto but Roczen at Millville in 2016 was amazing in the first couple of laps. He got a bad start outside the top 10 and he was almost in the lead by the end of lap one. I remember that Matthes interviewd Nicoletti after the race and he said Roczen blew by him so fast that he almost crashed.

Tomac in 2015, not much to be said. Amazing first couple of motos.

Ironman 2017 and Jeffrey Herlings. Watch the qualifying too, at one point he was over 4 seconds faster than the guy in second (i think it was Tomac).

Those are at least three things that comes to my mind. Roczen outdoors in 2016 is criminally underrated, people forgot how good he was that year.

That '06 'shougee race was epic. I was right on the fence line when/where Ricky went down. Crowd went nuts. The crowd that day was huge! Back then you were able to be pretty close to the track and it was awesome. I really wish they hadnt built them two lane highways for the Side by Sides all the way around that they do now. I get why they do, but it kinda ruins the mystique of the track.

Tomac at Washougal in 2019, a classic ride by him when he is just a level above everyone else.

What most don't notice is at 4:20ish (huh huh huh) when JLaw goes up the inside of Grant in that off camber, Grant's neckbrace comes loose and he takes it off before the next corner

1998 Unadilla 125s. 2007 Budds Creek 450s are a couple I didn’t see mentioned.

Couple recent ones that stick out in my head:

2012 Washougal: The first 450 moto when Alessi managed to beat Dungey. He pressured Alessi right to the end. Maybe not the best national ever, but fun moto to watch in a season dominated by Dungey.

2018 Millville: Eli second moto come from behind win. Unbelievable speed..

Yep

What years was McGrath leading the points in the 250 0utdoor and then jacked up his foot during some drunken tom foolery involving a golf cart? maybe 97 when Emig won?

96. Emig crushed it in 97.
