Only $10 for all 2024 SX, MX, and SMX series (regularly $30).
And as impressive as jett's run up front was tonight, he is still no Ron lechien, who won a premier sx in his rookie year at 16 against a pretty deep field.
Actually it's you who doesn't know what the hell you're talking about. Nowhere near? He doesn't turn 17 till end of summer. They almost didn't have him race supercross he was so green.
The Shop
Thanks bro. If you work at it you can make threads like this too.
I remember a dude named George Holland for Suzuki who was really young(like 14) and badass too.
Rest up JLaw.
He dropped the current champ in the heat and had this win in the bag halfway through until youthful exuberance / inexperience took over.
ALSO...forgetting Davi Millsaps who had to sit out a round because he was too young to even race the opener of the East Coast. Millsaps didn't get a win that year in Supercross probably because he was racing against the other phenom at the time; James Stewart. Millsaps did did score a 2nd place at Daytona (his 3rd Supercross ever) that year. He wasn't leading, but he was able to finish.
I'm not discrediting Jett. I think the kid is awesome, but pump the breaks on best ever at his age.
Pit Row
Or are you asking if it's too early to call Jett Lawrence the best ever at his age?
Once he can sustain that pace for 15 minutes+1 he'll start racking up wins I'm sure.
He was fucking tired with 5 mins to go tho. Heal up on a indoor trainer bike!
That kid has so much heart.
It was awesome and what a bummer, still a great ride that shows he will be a main player.
Took forkner a few season to build t his speed thru whoops.
