If he goes two years he might win one race on the thing.

I don't know whether bike, team, program, lifestyle, or what... But it does seem like he needs to change something.

Interesting, it will be do or die for Yamaha if he does.

Fuck, well write him off for next year then... the guy who has told us more than not that if he's not feeling it, he's not going for it is going to the most set-up sensitive bike in the class? Yeah nah.

I'm not Dylan, but I am a super fan. If he would go anywhere I think he would be best to go under Roger (KTM, Husky, Gas Gas, any of the 3). If I were a rider right now I would want to be with Roger. Ryan Dungey looks smarter and smarter the more I think about him following Roger to KTM.

Anderson and Tomac to Yamaha?

|

5/4/2021 6:25 PM

Wow, did not see that coming!

|

This may surprise some of you, but I guarantee Eli rides the bike before signing anywhere

There is no room for him under those tents I don’t think. Husky maybe with JA leaving but I could see them just running a two man team

Is it really an all new blue 450 next year? If yes this might be an okay move by Eli....you know the new bike is going to be sweet once they slim it down and shed some LB's. I imagine the Yamaha engineers have had enough of the blue pig talk and they're ready to put it to bed.

Anderson to Kawi possibly then? Forkners definitely not ready to move up yet

If you believe the rumors JA is going to star too, which is hard to see them being teammates.

It does seem as though Star Racing has that bike working a ton better than Factory Yamaha ever did. I wouldn't call it a career suicide move. A few years ago, well maybe.

Ryan Villipoto has said on more than one occasion that if he had of made a massive change, much like this one, he would most likely have had another couple of seasons. It could be the fresh change of pace Tomac needs.

I can only assume they are offering him a large amount of money. As a fan it's disappointing because it tells me he doesn't care about winning as much as he did, which I understand and respect but as a fan it's hard to accept.

No secret that Kawi likes to dump their top riders regardless of championships.
