He was going backwards, that's what happens when you aren't on the pace, Grant had to fight to pass him, Barcia's pass was what you would expect from a guy trying to move forward, it was a good pass, he lost no time, Tomac fell over. The contact was minimal at best (and in terms of a Barcia pass it was squeaky clean) .

Marv has a lot more to be pissed about.

Tomac didn't expect Barcia to be there and jerked a bit which caused him to lose his balance. It was clean with almost zero contact. I'm baffled by this response. He needs to employ Tony Robbins to get his head on straight.

I don't think Tomac goes down if Barcia isn't there but I don't think he went down because he was there..

If Tomac struggles in the first few laps he is guaranteed to crash.. he has never regrouped. (For example- Jason Anderson did a couple weeks ago).
Any tip over and he will not recover, it takes 10 minutes to get up, and then he’ll struggle to a 13th letting his teammate pass along the way...

I’m probably Eli’s biggest fan but he needs to sort his $hit out seriously..

Struggle to a 3rd-5th place finish Eli ! 1 time lol

I’m a Tomac fan, but that was one of the cleanest passes I’d expect from Barcia in that situation.

The two moves are identical. Just Seely saw it coming and checked up. Marv didn't.
If Marv should be pissed at Ando, then Seely has the right to be pissed at Marv too.

What a total puss. I'm at the point where I have zero respect for Tomac as a racer. As was pointed out in an earlier reply, Barcia scared him into falling. Period. He shouldn't be mad, he should be embarrassed.

Tomac is a pretty sheepish character seemingly, and doesn’t seem to put up much of a fight in the face of resistance. He reminds me of a 12 year old in most of his interviews and the way he presents himself. He’s got some type of immaturity that I can’t put my finger on.

dish it out. .he kinda came off as a cry baby in tht racer x video. Tomac was playing games with dungey in vegas but dungey still rode it in for the championship. Honestly hes probaly just pissed the championship is over for him

Man, you guys are being harsh on this poor kid lol. The guy is out there doing his best and is more than capable of smoking anyone when the stars align for him. He's having a shit season so far but that doesn't change the fact the races are way more exciting with him lining up. How much of a toll is this really taking on your personal lives to be shitting on the guy? So he feels he was taken out...so what? Maybe Barcia screamed "eat shit motherfucker!!" going into the corner. I wouldn't know, because I was sitting in my lazy boy 3 sheets to the wind. He's going to put in another spectacular, superhuman ride sooner or later and you all will be hanging your Tomac posters back up.
