Found this at Thumpertalk (duh), should change the name to Smokertalk dammit. I watched the whole vid without fast forward, I obviously enjoyed it. Good rider, pretty fast for being B.

There might be a connection two wich forum it was posted (Yamaha 2-stroke).Grinning

Seems more like a gun to a knife fight...lol. Cool vid. The guy was a pretty good rider. He seemed to be able to charge into the corners much better than the 4-stroke riders. Nice find! How's that thumpertalk place holding up against the onslaught of smoker resurgence? I know the guys who run that place used to be much less forgiving than the moderators here.

That was pretty tough, even with the tight corners he still romped. Man those 4-strokes sounded like they were all running very hot. Kind of a weird sound.

Yeah, that place has always been WFO. The way the property is there's no real way to change those parts of the track and slow it down. That kids was definitely flying too. I like it better when they run it the other way.

Cool video and great riding. Just think if he had a 4t, he'd be winning nationals.

Been @ TT for like 15yrs never had any problems. Its more a off road sight so not tied down by the AMA SX/MX rules on 2ts and 4ts but there is a lot of 4ters there, i would say 60/40 in favor of the 4ts. I have both so to me a bike is a bike.

I'll be back at it in around 1 month when this ankle heals up.

Markit, actually it is time for a top end... I'm at about 15 hours on this one.

Even though I do give my friends a lot of grief, I'm not a four stroke hater. I bought the 125 In hopes that I would learn to keep my momentum around the track, especially in the corners. I really enjoy this bike.

I also have a YZ250 with a big bore for the more serious races. Eventually, when I'm a bit faster and ready to move up to the A class, I'll pick up a 450F to level the playing field a bit more.

Good for you. Whatever you do, keep the tiddler despite going over to the Dark side (bangers), I feel last few years, riding smokers is like good looks, you win people over just being an owner.Whistling

Basically people that own two strokes are better looking! Grinning
