I think his comment was directed toward Poucel, after tangling(?) with him in the first moto. Apparently Webb felt as though it caused him to crash. Seems like it's become fashionable to "call out" someone for a prior incident while talking to Georgia or whenever there is a mic in your face.

Sidenote: Pourcel definitely seems to be in a defensive mode after getting holeshots or when he is leading and I was just waiting for when something like this happened. He's become a "line hog".

Yes, I signed up on 6/18 after years of reading this board through its different incarnations. However, I've been riding off-road for over 4 decades and a member of other boards since the '90s (and never been banned from any of those,either). And that should mean exactly nothing to you - it was as relevant as your comment about my join date here. Apparently though, my join date disqualifies my assessment of your remark and somehow invalidates it in your mind.

"Those french" have, through the years, been some of the best and toughest riders on the american gate. I like a little trash talk, but it was a little bad form. Webb was caught up in a moment and wanted to vent with a cool sound bite. No harm, but remember that at times in mx recent history, a frenchman has kicked ass over here (bayle, dv, etc).
