But what happens if the kid gets creamed by another vehicle? There is a reason why we have laws implemented. It's because a lot of people unfortunately aren't intelligent enough to think for themselves. When someone isn't intelligent enough to think for themselves then they put OTHERS in danger. No one gives a shit if this idiot gets creamed by a car, its the other person involved that has to live with this for the rest of their life. (Even though it wouldn't be their fault.) I have no idea how old the kid is on the bike or anything, but imagine if your cruising down the street in your pick up truck and some kid pulls out in front of you on a dirt bike and you hit him, resulting in his death. Not your fault, but if you have any conscience you'd feel terrible
