St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® partners with Monster Energy Supercross to launch “This Shirt Saves Lives” Supercross campaign on April 14th

Proceeds to benefit children battling cancer, other life-threatening diseases

Four-time Monster Energy Supercross Champion Ryan Dungey has partnered with Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship, to launch the “This Shirt Saves Lives” social media awareness and fundraising campaign for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® during the Saturday April 14th race at U.S. Bank Stadium.

During the event, fans can join all Monster Energy Supercross athletes including Eli Tomac, Jason Anderson, Ken Roczen, Zach Osborne, Adam Cianciarulo, Jeremy Martin and St. Jude in the fight against childhood cancer by texting SUPER to 785-833 and making a monthly donation of $20 on their credit card while receiving an exclusive This Shirt Saves Lives T-shirt.

Thanks to generous donors, families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food – because all they should worry about is helping their child live.

This year marks the second year of partnership between Monster Energy Supercross and St. Jude, and thousands of lives impacted. Dungey paved the way for this partnership after visiting the hospital with other fellow Target-sponsored athletes. His time spent with patient families inspired him to create an annual summer event in his hometown, Hastings, Minnesota, called the St. Jude Ride & 5K Run, that has raised more than $700,000 to date.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases and depends on the support from entities like Monster Energy Supercross, athletes like Ryan, and their fans.
