Southwick of course Smile I've done over 3,000 laps on the track,I raced there for almost 30 years. When I was out of action after getting a hip replaced 4 years ago I went through all my old race results that I kept track of to come up with the 3,000 lap total. A lot of the race days I raced 2 or 3 classes. I did a bunch of practice days there too since then too, so I can probably add a couple hundred more laps to my lap total.

Sunrise Raceway. Adelanto, CA. Currently inactive and up for sale. Hoping someone buys it and gets it going again soon!

Marysville (riverfront park) in northern ca. So many laps. Track is still active but haven’t been there in 13 years. I loved Thursday night practice under the lights. It was the sickest.

I did ride a lot of laps at HANGTOWN but I hated it. We always went there since it was the closest track to home but it was just a hard packed crap hole back then. Really had no fun at all on that track, I remember being afraid. Real big unforgiving jumps. This was late 90s early 00s.
Yeah dude when we rode Thursday night under the lights that was one of my favs. I liked Hangtown better for the crazy big jumps but the dirt was terrible. You remember riding out at Mammoth Bar in Auburn, Argyll park in Dixon, or Club Moto in Livermore? Those places were pretty awesome especially Club Moto, it was like an outdoor supercross track.

Here's a couple pics of Marysville riverfront, notice that nice river dirt Smile

Canyon raceway 1st for me and then Thrasher in Phoenix, started riding there in the late 80s and stopped in 2001. I have since started riding again and canyon is still open and a completely different track now, but it’s still open!

Cahuilla Creek, Anza CA.

Still very much active! Now I live 25 minutes away from the track, so get to ride it even more. Hitting it up Saturday actually after a few days of rain out here. Nothing better Smile

Mosier Valley or Village Creek or Badlands. Gone, Still Running, Still Running.

Loved Mosier Valley, and Swan in Tyler starting in the early 90's. Swan is still one of the most fun and fast tracks I've ever ridden.

Sears Point. I only raced there a few times, but back in the day you could go there pay $5 and ride all day til they closed. We not only had access to the national track, but the whole place. We did a lot of play riding and hill climbing when we got tired of doing laps. We had a lot of fun there and used to go there often. I heard they stopped letting people ride there after some got hurt or something like that.

Of course the track is still open, but they haven't had any regular MX there in years that I know of. Brad Lackey had a vintage MX there quite a few years back that I recall.

Perris raceway GFI. Loved the night series during the summer back in the 90s! I believe it was the top 3 intermediate/pro riders at the end of the series all got a key to a truck. Whoever got the key that fit into the truck got the truck. Good times

Second would be Saddleback... We all know the story there.

But for actual Race tracks
I would say Cambridge Mn witch I raced in the early 90's
And does still exist, it has awesome Sandy to loamy dirt.
Perfect imo.

Englishtown's Raceway Park; been there since back when Ricky raced the top-gun minicycle shootout in early 90's. Old track is dead, new track (moved across the parking lot) is decent and active.

My track was open when this thread started. Sadly no more. R.I.P. 10 years, 3 bikes, thousands of laps.

That was originally called "The Pit" in the mid-70's and then later West Florida MX.

Raced there many a time until the early 80's.

Probably spun more laps at the scene of my first race in 1971 than any track since. 331 Raceway in Opp, AL. Bi-weekly races year round from July 1971 thru 1975 riding multiple classes on race day.

That's me in the Captain America helmet back in 1971 on the way we found out about races (way) before the internet.
