It was Savatgy. And I’ve seen reports saying Webb jumped also.

I didn't see webb jump in what part I could replay, but I did see roczen jump the last double when everyone else was rolling it. Also saw a few others jump in that section.

There is obviously much indecision and confusion on the rider's part, as many rolled all the way through, about 6 jumped some from the face of the jump where the riders were down. It appears Marvin is the only one who jumped into the area.

3rd-7th place all rolled the entire section. Then Savatgy and Webb start doubling half way near Reed. Looks like the guys don’t all know the rules. LOL.

I believe that if a Red Cross flag is out you roll the whole section. But like everything else I could be wrong.

Brayton was down on the side of the track on the next double past Reed so they should have rolled that one too. Although it was unlikely they'd be able to see him. ALL riders should have been rolling the whole section. That should be the rule, but who knows with the AMA if they'd even enforce it consistently.

I'm still hoping for some home video that shows the whole scene. I'm secretly hoping Webb gets penalized and the points race tightens back up so we have a good finish to the series.

He entered the section ahead of Savatgy and Webb and left the next corner behind Savatgy and Webb.

You have to wonder how hard it is from a racer's perspective to go from balls out racing to crawling through a long rhythm section one by one? The instinct to go go go is so strong, especially with other riders hot on your tail.
