I saw that. Kinda hoping there is more of a presence in the GP's from Finland moving forward, like Hiekki Mikola presence.

So happy to see Norway qualifying! Especially with all of them being young guys from this small country.

Not good news for Finland this morning as Söderberg has hurt his back in warm up and could be a non starter.

Yep, apparently landed on his ass. X- ray showed no fractures, but it's unknown if he can ride.

Seems that many countries have had problems with their riders getting injured, but Finland definitely has been in trouble since the guys that are clearly the fastest ones (Harri Kullas and Antti Pyrhönen) are injured and also Santtu Tiainen (MX1 GP rider) was injured just before the MXDN. Now Ludde is injured and in my eyes he was the strongest in this team. Anyways great job from Finnish guys to make it in to final.

Any inside info on Harris options for next year, Anstie going to factory Suzuki I guess there is still other spot open. Will ICE1 keep any finnish riders? I guess Söderberg will continue in MX3. Any info on other Finnish riders invadin world? Smile

Whatever team he goes to, Anstie will replace him the next year.

Hurt his wrist (again) midway through the second moto in Lake Elsinore after overjumping the finish-jump. Also said he didn't feel fit and ready for Lommel before that I believe.

well depends who you talk to, Iceland also can be part of it . You would have to ask the Finns how they feel about it.

Ok Nordic and Scandinavian nations.

Well Sweden win, first time for a while ( 13th ) then Denmark, Norway and Finland- 17th, 18th and 19th.

really bummed how the day went for Finland, the guys were riding great. First Söderberg out after the crash in practise and then Koskela crashed out in his first moto after being as high as 12th at some point I believe.
