A lot of us know and care about Ross, his accident and his ongoing recovery...so...here's the latest from the man in his own words:

HELLO ALL:
Ross here! I'm in the St. Judes Hospital in Fullerton for physical therapy following my surgery. I'm using my new laptop computer that my brother Donny got me after some butthead stole my other one. I doing better everyday, and I've started to feel some tingling in my legs although I still have no movement or surface feeling. Emotionally, I am doing fine, I accept what has happened and am prepared to fight to get better. But what I was not prepared for was all the love and concern from so many people who have rallied to support me. It is extremely moving for me to see all the people I've met coming to give encouragement. I cannot give up or be weak now, there are too many people behind me. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Tiki, aka Bishop-Bro, you are quite welcome!

Ross is one of, if not THE, nicest guys in the industry and he's a major part of those little-wooden-bears I've won on your mountain.

If the industry comprised of a bunch of Rosses...we'd have no bad days.

Best of luck and I'm still praying WFO for your full recovery and for a couple of other MX friends that are on the injury list. This sports kicks sooooooo much ass in good ways and then something like this happens. It seems like you have a really good attitude and that is a big plus for you.

I was by St. Jude's today to see Ross. He's in great spirits and a lot of people are stopping by to say hi. He's doing PT and doing well....
