Can we fuck this thing off please?
I love picture on picture but these 2 small screens are ridiculous..
when one is the drone you literally can’t tell who is who..

A lot of the criticism that MX/SX broadcasts have got in the past has been justified, but people complaining that they are now able to show two battles at the same time is a prime example of how they will never be able to please people. The amount of times I’ve seen people complain that in outdoors they just follow the lead with camera and we don’t see enough battles, now they find a way to change that and people still aren’t happy
The Shop
Move the standing box all the way to the right edge and drop two decimal points in the timing. And make each box to fill all the available space.
My favorite graphic design failure is when they put the "MAVTV on Flo" logo in the lower right hand corner and it covers
the lower right battle box where if they put the upper box on the right and the lower box on the left, they would not cover their own content. Simple fix. SMH.
Reminds me of a news show I saw once when they were showing a hole in one and the cup was behind the banner at the bottom of the screen! Completely screwed their own story.
I would also color code the battle boxes say red and blue borders/outlines and then color code the names in the standings box (or pur a minor colored box around the names) so when you do get the long drone shots, you know who you are looking at by the color code.
But I suspect this is too advanced for the production team. Probably kill the app every time a battle box came up.
Check the MXGP broadcast out. Sweet as candy.
The battle box should be a user option. The ability to click on a icon to see another battle taking place.
Currently I don't like the battle box as this years shit-show has me watching
on my laptop. Last year I watched the racing on Peacock on my big screen no problem.
