The Hard Card Podcast is a brand new podcast with Rob Bydos and Ryan Villopoto covering the AMA Lucas Oil Pro Motocross series from track side. The Hard Card has lots of great things coming including trackside interviews and yes, even 125 cc race coverage.

First episode: The Hard Card - Hangtown 2018.

Coming soon! The Hard Card Podcast will bring you archived audio webcasts from the track announcers!! This is something I personally asked DC for and have been wanting since the MX Nationals.com webcast went away. Thanks to Davey Coombs and Ehab Elsaadi for making this a reality.

Please support the Hard Card Podcast. Here's more info.

The Hard Card Episode 1 features guests from the Motocross world and is hosted by Rob Bydos and Ryan Villopoto, with Adam Portue in the field. This Week's guests include Zach Osborne, Wil Hahn, Don Emler Jr (FMF), Bevo Forti (100% Goggles), RJ Hamshire, and Grant Langston.

The Hard Card would like to thank 100% and FMF for their support as well as MXSports and the 2018 Lucas Oil Outdoor Nationals.

Producer: Ehab Elsaadi

Is RV a regular co-host of the show?

I used to be on Stitcher. Now I listen on Podcast Addict. More variety of podcasts and less issues than Stitcher.

This is great. Just like I'm at the race while I'm working on my bikes at home. Thanks to all who put this together.

Totally. I remember listening to all the races back on MX Nationals.com and this is what it was like. Track side announcing. Nothing beats it. Cotter and Bydos ARE Moto!!

For those who may have missed it, The Hard Card episodes 2 and 3 feature the entire race call of Hangtown 2018 including the 125cc All Star race and both motos of 250cc and 450cc bikes, podium interviews and lots more!!

The live call, track side, is from the amazing Tim Cotter and Rob Bydos but you'll also here Steve Matthes call practice and everything you hear at the live event. It's literally like relivibg being at the races. I am really super stoked this came to fruition. Thanks so much to DC and Ehab. Great, great stuff!!

Good except for the cheesy clapping and laughing drops. They've got to stop that.

Yes, used to work on bikes or do yard work listening live. I liked listening to those guys better than watching. Wish it was live. How soon do they post up the archive?

Agreed. I also preferred listening to the Damiani/Holley Weege/Holley SX webcast over the current TV package. I just love detailed, hardcore announcing for our sport.

They had the archive up last week by Monday, if I recall.

This is good as it gets, boys!!
Wow, talk about the gift of gab. Awesome! Agree about great for the garage and would be even better live on the road or at the track. I'd pay for this in a heartbeat!

Rob Bydos and Ryan Villopoto. I love the pre race show. I would love to see them have a weekly studio podcast too.

Just listened for the first time (hangtown). It’s no pulp, but pretty good. RV is his typical “people’s champ” self. Only thing that I thought was dumb is the fake laughs and applause. So cheesy, and kind of annoying.
