No doubt, RV is a beast and very impressive and did a hell of a job tonight.
Stewart has also done very well, good ride tonight being sick, and considering his DNFs and bad luck earlier in season, impressive as well.
Dungey I think deserves some praise for coming back from that crash to finish where he did.

However, the fact that RV can be in championship mode and if stewart is sick, there's nobody else who can give him a run, doesn't say much for the depth of the field.
Why is it that only the old guys, Reed and Stewart, seem to have the fire in their belly to push themselves further and faster?
Also hard to understand how MA800 can live with starting in 1st and fading so far back every week. You'd think he would do something to change things up and try to conquer some of these issues that hold him back. Don't give the me the "wait till the outdoors bullshit," he won't factor there either.

Sick There are some talented riders, but they have all cratered, under the slightest bit of pressure. Roczen had somekind of flash at the first couple of races. Dungey, that's a laugh. Stewart has flashes only when the pressure is off. Barcia, probably has been more consistent than all of them, but no sticking power. There simply are no challengers, and doesn't look like there will be over the next couple of years.
