Are they going to ever try a split start again? I liked the concept. The series I race ran a split start. It was set up properly and was a lot of fun actually. I guess the real estate is the issue?

That is a pretty creative track. I like it. I hope it races good.

On a side note, I will be missing Houston for the first time in 16 years.

But picking up where I left off with the Lakewood mx.

Looks good, it's sure looks like they are using ever bit of floor the have. All those whoops coming out of a half corner? I can see that being very slow rough section.

Not a lot of floor space in Houston, so this is a pretty creative track but it looks like it will be super one lined.

There is no way the real track will look anything like that.

I hope the riders have been practicing their single file starts, because if the first section that doubles back onto the first turn stays, there will definitely be some re-starts. It just doesn't look long enough to give enough time to clear out a good sized pile-up.

looking at mx sim now & lap times for this track the best for mx sim is a 50.3, im predicting the fastest for this week will be a 48 or a 49 , avg lap times : 49-52

wonder if anyone will triple on to the table out of the 90 right, triple,nand triple out...might be one of the "only 2-3 guys do it consistently" sections that we've seen a few times so far this year.

He needs some help with setup.

Rebound on his right front paw is obviously too fast.

he knows and is trying to compensate with a slight head turn while using his tail as a counter balance..
