I was thinking sometime in the fall, when the thermometers aren't blowing their tops.
I'm still thinking about the best way to do this, and any suggestions will be considered.
We've got a night track, (about a 1 minute lap for a fast guy) About a 2:15-2:30 min. day track with lots of terrain that sends you up, and down the hill 4 times. Sand at the top and bottom. Big air if you want, but freindly for the Vet/Beg. rider as well.
There is also a mini track the kids/pit bikers seem to love, and an approx. 4.5 mile woods loop.
It's probably a good thing to start thinking about it now, so let me know if there's some intrest in this.
The Shop
Camping or hotel?
Either-or Huck. There are an ass load of hotels within 10-15 minutes of the track.
We do not yet have hook-ups though, so if you use generators, you'll need them.
We're blessed with a really good location with it's proximity to Ft.Worth.

That Sat pic is old too, but it kinda shows the options we have, and if you click on "TER" it'll give you some idea of the terrain changes.
Pit Row
As for those who want to make a weekend of it, Saturday and Sunday would be no problem.
We usually only prep the night track for the Sunday practices though.
How about...
3 palms on Friday (if it's close).
Ride in the woods with Racer92 on Saturday
ride at SMF on Sunday.
What's the name of Seeme's place?
3 trees is probably 3.5-4 hours from Village Creek.

I'm in!!!!
Village Creek is on the south side of Fort Worth. There's several options for riding on other days. Not sure about xc or woods, but certainly plenty of track options within a short drive.
Plenty of hotels...strip clubs...you name it. We got it.
