Agreed he is fast. But a healthy field 250 or 450,lucky to crack top 20, Sipes is the best mxer in off road .

Yep, and sipes is proven in pro mx,. Not Russell. Gncc pro mx 2 different styles. Until.he races a pro national, Gncc wins don't mean squat at a national mx. Strang. Buttrick raced them also, strang qualified at redbud went mid 20 s. , Buttrick dnq.

Off-Road has been Russell's specialty for his whole career, he should be better than Sipes right? He's a bad dude on a motorcycle but a win or podium at a 450 national? He's one of my favorite riders, but c'mon man

The only problem with your last sentence is that there are 39 other dudes who are flat out badasses on motorcycles at the national of my choice, too. Don't get me wrong, he would more than likely do quite well, but I'm not ready to write that podium bonus check just yet.

Believe it was 2010 if I'm not mistaken. Had a huge crash in the second practice that kept him from qualifying. First race on a 450 while he had been contesting XC2, moto debut, atrocious ktm, but hey I'll stand behind what I'm saying.

I would say KR1 has a better chance of a podium than KR94 does of making it 3 hours. Top 10 at best. Give either guy a year in each series and both of our predictions might be closer than what a lot of folks think

True, my bad I said Cory Buttrick. Strang and Russell were there ,Strang went mid twenty's both motos. Russell dnq. My opinion stands. With a healthy field he might get lucky ,top20, in crazy conditions. No way in hell that dude goes top,5 or podium. Either class. My kroc win was sarcasm, but if kenny didn't crash out, I think he could top 8-10.
