Anyone have any details? Seems odd to abruptly end their relationship 3 weeks before A1. Anyone knows who's the new title sponsor over there?

Not at all odd. Motorex and KTM are like Red Bull and KTM. They have been together forever. KTM recommend that KTM owners use Motorex, they have the Motorex logos on the stock bikes that they sell. The day the TLD team became the factory 250 US team for KTM i immediately thought that Lucas Oil would eventually disappear from the TLD team.

Maybe i'm wrong but that is what i think about the deal!

Just because they're owned by the same guy, doesn't mean they're the same company. By your logic Husky should be sponsored by Red Bull not Rockstar...Globally, hence the Bel Ray sponsorship.

It's all about money people. Lucas can't offer what KTM can when it comes to factory support and with factory support comes the factory's sponsors.

No. By my logic When you buy a KTM they tell you you should use Motorex as it was specifically made for the KTM. Yet if you buy a Husky. They say the same for Bel -Ray. When they were the exact same bikes . I don't put Red Bull or Rockstar in my bike or myself for that matter . .

So the fact that KTMs come with a Motorex logo stock on the clutch cover doesn't conflict with that KTMs factory 250 US team had Lucas Oil as the title sponsor?

It doesn't seem strange to me. I think it seems unusually graceful and professional. TLD did a "Thank You" video so they could pay their proper respects, something new to me, and they waited long enough to make the news pubic that the announcement is making news - something I'm sure Lucas Oil appreciates from a publicity standpoint. It only makes me a bigger fan of how KTM/TLD/Husky conducts business. My question is: will there be blue seats with three "Adidas" stripes on the 2016.5 250F F.E.s? I hope so, 'cause it just looks soooo good on them.
