Better chance that RMATV-MC/KTM aka Butler Bros Racing becomes the red plastic KTM aka GasGas team for 2021, or maybe even by outdoors.

No, I don’t believe you’ll see any Gas Gas Race team in the US until 2021. And if so, I think Rocky Mountain/Butler would take that role.

Yeah, I think there is about Zero chance of this happening.

Doesn't Tedder buy their bikes? Are they even a KTM Support Team?

According to a racerx article they're getting factory support from ktm

Also, that is likely Geoff Aaron in the Van as mentioned above, JT Baker might have had one as well but I think I just saw he signed with Sherco for next year so it's probably not him.
