I've been fortunate enough to ride both and their 300 versions quite a bit: get which-ever one you get a better deal one.

I know it's trivial but I can't get over the split number plate design on the husky. I think it looks terrible and the ktm just looks so much better. So for me it would be ktm based off that alone.

Later today i will pick a a 2019 sx 250.
I like it more than the husqy estetically.
Pay attention: the tc has composite subframe, which are easier to brake than the sx one. It costs 600€.
Think about it.
I'd go for the orange one unless you can get a husqy way cheaper

I’ve owned a 17 sx, 18 & 20 TC and just bought a 21 sx Saturday. Rode the 20 and 21 back to back. Same bike

I know it’s trivial but the orange of the KTM doesn’t match any of my gear and the Husky just looks so much better under my bum in every way Blink so that why I bought the Husky.

Couldn’t resist I’m colour blind what do I know, I did buy the husky but choose the one you like the best and have fun....

Reviews seem to rave about them

I had a chance to ride both the KTM and the Husky for a couple of days back in May before I decided. As others here have pointed out, they are essentially the same motorcycle and I’m sure you would be happy with either one. Honestly, I chose the Husky for its aesthetics. I love the white and blue color and the minimalist graphics. Here’s mine. A new leftover 2019 I bought back in July.

Go with the one you like the looks of more, or can get a better price on.

I posted more info in the other YZ vs KTM thread.

Husky feels better. KTM may be a little more racy.

That composite subframe is garbage. HQ needs to fix it fast.

They have a slightly different feel to them. The Husky feels a little more compact but even at 6'7", i slightly prefer the Husky ergos. Overall really they are 99% the same.

I love the composite sub frame. I have had a few bad spills and no problems at all with it.
