Ha - half of TX will be there, not to mention OK, LA, MS and others. It never disappoints - always a big turnout. I can't make it this year but my son is going. Get there Thursday night if you want any sort of reasonable parking spot. Weather is looking perfect.

Between races like this and a few others I have seen advertised. Why do more privateers not show up and race ? Seems like 5k for a weekend would be worth it no ?

They usually get more than a few. This race was the first time I saw Anderson, Wilson, Regal and a bunch of others. AMart and Osborne were regulars. JMart raced it before he hit the big time.

I can't go this year. Would if I could. It's a great event.

I'd love to come down from OK but just got back from nations and can't swing it. Great track and great people though.
