I've gone through the contingency person in our racing organization, called and emailed the listed contact for Suzuki, called/emailed all levels of Suzuki, asked local dealers, riders and another racing organization. Got nowhere. The kid earned enough to sell his bike and move up. Any constructive suggestions?

One thing ive run into is if you race with a different spelled name than you put on your Suzuki contingency form, you wont get paid. Like Jeff or Jeffrey. i assume you have a Suzuki contingency card already?

I never had an issues with getting paid by Suzuki.

Very little information to go on so I am asking.

What year is the bike? What race(s) were the contingency supposed to be paid for? What class? How many riders in the class?
Does he or she have an XTRM account? or What name does the promoter have on file and what name is filed with Suzuki XTRM? I had this problem with KX contingency.

I will assume you have read the rules for Suzuki Contingency but just in case

Only issues we’ve ever had with getting paid from contingency was if the promoter took their time sending in results. And that goes for Suzuki, Kawasaki and Yamaha. My pops ran into the issue of a promoter never sending in results a few times, but those are the only times he didn’t get paid.

It's a 2016, fully eligible for everything, our events are clearly covered, he had 25 riders to full gates every race, and everything is in his name. I was told by or organization that there is one person responsible for all contingency at all amateur events which I found surprising. I was shown the race results that were submitted and my kids clearly on there. I'm not looking to cause any problems just to collect what he earned so we can get a new bike.

Holy shit you can still run a 2016 and get contingency with Suzuki’s? That doesn’t seem right

Exactly what I was thinking. 2-3 yr old max at least back when I was spring chicken. If old bikes still make contingency I’ll go dust off my ol 02 rm125

Like somebody said most cases the issue is a promoter slow to submit results or you haven’t registered completely with XTRM. I will DM you and we will get this fixed.
