Seems like everyone is buying up pit bikes, 2 strokes, anything they can get their hands on at the moment and it's driving the prices up. Anyone else see things returning to normal if not below normal next year once things open back up and people sell off their quarantine entertainment toys? I'm not a mountain bike fan but there's going to be a lot of bikes for sale there too this winter or next year..
Was thinking about picking up a decent used yz125 but I think I'll wait til next year and see what pops up on marketplace.

Deals will be had.
-There are fewer new bikes and more buyers
-Some of those new buyers will continue to be riders, even after the effects of Covid are mitigated
-Any reposessions or sales of used bikes are likely to be whisked up by a still under-served retail market
I think we'll see a return to normalcy, rather than a huge drop in pricing. Like always, there will be deals to be had if you look closely enough.
The Shop
I can't wait for things to normalize, I am saving up and plan on scooping up as many deals as possible when the new wears off!!!
Pit Row
1. 2014 Rmz 450 4990$
2.95 yz 125 2000$
3.2006 ktm sx 2500 4000$
We picked up a new (to us) camper/toy hauler in March. I'm really considering selling it for $5k more than we paid and then picking up a newer one when the deals start coming.
There will 100% be some amazing deals, with nothing else to do this summer like concerts or 3 on 3 basketball tournaments or rodeos or fairs or theme parks etc. etc. so many people have bought RVs that are going to have some serious buyers remorse.
