It is interesting that several non-moto friends have mentioned watching this series. That has to be good for the sport and viewership of SX/MX events on TV in general.

Comments like " I like that______ guy" or "that ______ guy seems pretty cool" can only help build recognition for the sport as a whole.

Building interest in the personalities and background of the sport is a smart move.

It has picked up at least one viewer. My wife now watches the races with me because she has a connection or enemy depending on who she likes or doesn't with the show. She likes Dungey, Grant because of past shows and she connects with their wives or fiancée on how they would be feeling after a race. If this show can get my wife following the sport then it can get anybody because she thought it was just a white trash, skinny jean flat bill wearing sport.
