I doubt they need the money. But it is awesome that someone in the family is letting some of this moto memorabilia go.

Yeah but luckily people like OP exist who can get them for a cool 600.

Selling his old gear online certainly isn't a good sign. Seems like most financially secure former athletes might auction them off to charity instead.

When you have two little ones some old Mx gear is the least of his concerns.

No one associated with the Stewart family runs that page.

The photos of the Nike boots were screenshotted from a Swapmoto Live post and the black/teal SG12's are available to the public now anyways.

How many of you have been contacted by a Nigerian Prince?

Judging by the comments in this thread I'm sure at least one person here has given their life savings to a Nigerian prince...

It wasn't my life savings, that's ridiculous. I just wired him $15,000.00 to cover the cost of the lawyer's fees and the logistics to get the $6.2m released into my checking account. He said there is the standard 90 day cooling-off period so that means I should be seeing my inheritance any day now!

Looks like you two are the only ones dumb enough to believe this is really James selling his stuff.

This thread will probably get deleted and that’s unfortunate because this is HOF. Well done.

Unlikely anyone within the Stewart family are flogging stuff to raise a few hundred bucks for that Christmas goose.

Perhaps when the time comes they will donate to be auctioned off with the proceeds going somewhere worthy.

Haha, well I should have known better than to start a Stewart thread. It was 2am and I just saw it pop up on an insta story, thort the Nike boots were cool, but obviously way too cheap if they were ever in fact for sale.
Glad this post has brought a small amount of entertainment anyway.
If I can just get the Nigerian prince to refund me $600 of the $24800 I sent him.Silly I hope the boots are still available.

They’re dirty, I know one forum member that would pay extra for that!

But this fake Stewart IG tricks people on here all the time. From the description of one of the videos posted by the kid that runs that Instagram page:

“I'm a 12 year old kid from GA who loves to pop wheelies and race dirtbikes”

Come on guys...

Me too! As soon as my money comes in I’m going to disappear in a cloud of hookers and blow!

They are the lightest and most advanced mx boots ever built. They have never been for sale. There are only a handful of pairs in existence - made especially for Dunge and Stew.. I think they are the ultimate moto memorabilia.

I remember them being quite expensive to make, and not very durable.

Super cool though.
