He can use the time off to film a reality show, maybe Bubba's World where he comments on how he's tired of racing and is going to take the year off.

Oh heck, already been done.Smile

And done I'm guessing. How old is James?

If it's only 1 year it might actually be good for him. Team will have to ante up but he's still gonna win races.

I think he should consider retiring, the young guns are hauling ass, don't take a chance at interfering with the championship chase, according to Jeff Ward he's had too many concussions, he's had too many big crashes, riding with torn ACL, the whole WADA fiasco and his contributions to the sport are already huge. Get out why you are rich and somewhat healthy.
At a minimum take the rest of the outdoors off, get everything straightened out and come back for one more year.

I'm sure him and his team know what's best, so it's just my opinion.

Wonder if we'll see him at MEC? If he's banned from SX next year, you'd think YoshSuz and sponsors would want him on the track whenever possible..

Interfere with the championship???? So do we get rid of lappers too, they interfere. Also fatigue interferes with championships, should we make it a one lap race. Crashes interfere, should we fine riders that crash. How about only allow 3 riders to race. Because everyone out of the top 3 could interfere with the championship chase.

Dude please, Stew is not retiring and he will be back winning races in no time. Wow, nice post dude...

My point was the way things have been going for him lately it would not be surprising for him to accidentally take out Roczen or Dungey. I understand what you're saying and it is a fair point.

Funny you mention that because that is my lone fear for him right now. Wouldn't that just be the icing on the cake.

I wonder how much of him still racing is caused by his inability to just let it go. It's the only thing he knows he's good at and could be afraid of what's next. I think the Inside the Outdoors series hit on this with some other racers. I wanna say Windham struggled with that. My hope is that Stewart can retire healthy and be successful with his post racing career. It sucks that Adderall is the root cause for all this talk about him retiring early. Not the way I'd like to see him go out.

Transworld has photos of him riding at Perris yesterday.... I assume he'll be in Indiana this weekend .

Yep, he was at Perris, and putting in motos under the watchful eyes of Mike Webb. No word on whether he's in for the weekend or not.

imo...

Stewart really has had a very hard time laying down any type of consistency. In fact he is being consistent in being very inconstant these last 3 or 4 years actually. I keep finding myself thinking he is gonna get in there and start doing better and better one of these days until this summer and his last issues.

I think he is just plain beat. Straight up. KR, RD, ET, TC, RV all have him covered and it will just get worse. Whether it is in his head, or he just doesn't have the edge anymore I simply have no idea.

I know he expects himself to win. I know he believes no one is faster than him. I know he has that. But at this point I think that mentality can be a liability more than an asset. And him trying to live up to that (or race up to that) has got to be getting very frustrating.

I have always loved when he is out there. It is simply a different race all together. But I think those days are long gone. I wonder if I am the only one who thinks these thoughts.

He was at perris doing some testing. I heard hes in for Indiana after speaking to pablo recently.. As well the provisional suspension doesn't mean anything really, we have to wait until after the appeal hearing.

Lets STOP making assumptions.

Just an FYI, I don't need details on your morning rituals.

There's such a thing as oversharing.

If it was JS7 and not Dungey threatening for the championship, i wonder how different public reaction would be.

What exactly was James' penalty for testing positive for PED's, other than a press release?

No. like who are you? Pablo runs a gym and is the personal trainer for ronnie. I talked to him on facebook, you dont need to be an insider to go on facebook, on and you dont need to be an insider to go to E3 and play a video game either.
