i just hope he gets comfy on the 250 to do some damage. with the class so light up top, he should be able to nab some points towards the midway point
Love it.
Now that AX is gone I hope he gets help and puts something together for SX 2019.
Sidenote: We have a couple rounds in Canada where the US series has off. Stankdog should cross the border and put that 250sx to use in the 250 class. He could hit Gopher Dunes on July 14th before making his way to Spring Creek the following weekend and/or hit up the Deschambault round on August 4th before making his way to Unadilla the following weekend. Would love to see him up here in the 250 class. Someone needs to pass him that message and make it happen. Oh and grass should be legal in Canada by July 1st lol.
I would like someone do "speed and style" for instance, even on a 4 stroke. That guy would be popular too!
I hope Steinke gets some good support because he is doing GREAT to the brands he is using.
Awesome video, thanks !
250 2-stroke rules under the new series are as follows.
In the 250 pro class, Intermediate/"B" riders and pro's are eligible to race the 250 two stroke with the exception of past 250 and 450 champions and/or the Top 5 series finisher in the 450 class from the past 5 years.
In the 450 pro class, all pro riders are eligible to race the 250 two stroke.
Additionally in the 250 class, two stroke displacement is from 125cc to a maximum of 250cc.
In the 450 class if you choose to ride a two stroke you're eligible to have up to 285cc.
A combination of boring and stroking to achieve the maximum allowable displacement in each respective class is permitted under the new series rules.
That is great, thanks for sharing and thanks Racer X !!! The two-stroke being lighter, lets Steinke really charge into the downhills. He has a better chance in this class.
The power's that be knew they made a mistake 10 years ago, and continue to do nothing.
