REALLY wish I could make it to Washougal this year just to see(and hear) him ripping on that 125 against all of those 250's.

Make the dough? Obviously you don't know how much 250 riders make in the outdoor series, there's about a half a dozen of them actually making decent money. Stank Dog gets way more exposure on that 125 than the guy riding a fooper in 5th. The excitement levels of the four-stroke racing are a joke, the AMA rules are a joke and the cost to go racing for the amateur racers these days is a joke. Just have an educated conversation with any of the top miny dads these days and they will tell you one thing they all have in common. If Jr. doesn't get a factory supported ride by the time they move to a 250 fooper, their racing career is over. It's a sad day for American motocross and amateur racing as a whole.

Good for him! I'm a fan!

He could go out there and race a 4t, be just another name, and have similar results. He's beating to a different drum, getting lots of exposure, and seems to be having fun doing it. Looking at how rough that track was, I know I'd be feeling better towards the end being on a 125!

Double the likes and almost 6 times more comments then a first time winner. Maybe that says a little about just how most realize how clown show the rules are.

I talked to him a bit yesterday...

He is WAAAAY more intelligent than some give credit for.

He wore pure WHITE with a RED helmet. He stood out on the track and it was easy to track his progress. He passed many folks to the crowd's delight. Air Horns every time he launched the Fly 150 footer!

The fans adore him. Nothing but pure goodness for the sport.

Hell, he scored a point!

I like the white gear too!
Idk why I used to wear black gear when we usually ride on hot sunny days!
White gear makes more sense.
Same reason I had my seat cover made with a white top and green sides.
Anyone making white over the boot pants that aren't to baggy?

A lot of people can learn a thing or two from him - his 'marketing' brain is definitely switched on. So what if he is just making it into points, this is what sponsors are after - someone getting their customers (thats us!!!) attention, win win for them.

Be good if he could get another couple to help out with seasons costs, I would hate to think what it costs to do the seriesUnsure

Biggest cheers at the track yesterday were for A Mart and Stank Dog. It was a pleasure to see him ride well and score a point.

So when was the last time a 125 scored a point?

Lots of dints in his pipe in the photo up there.

Not sure who the last guy to score points in the US was on a 125. I do remember Ken Roczen raced a factory KTM 125 at one round of the MX2 GPs at the end of 2011 after clinching the title a round early. He got 5th in the first moto beating guys like Tixier and Ferrandis and crashed out of the last one.

What the F Husky/KTM thinking? They have their heads up their a$$. You have a guy willing to ride a 125 in the class, that not only shows up, but shows up to race. He passes into 20th against some factory backed riders. More people cheer for him than anyone! You ask 75% of the people at the race who was in 6th to 20th, and they wouldn't have a clue. But they'd know where the Steinkdog guy on the 2 stroke is.

You spent good time and money developing the bike. Take this once in a life time gift and run with it. Give him 4-5 bikes, loan him some factory suspension, give him $5K parts allowance. Help him out, and get some Husky decals on the stuff. It's beyond stupid.

Let me know when he sells the 2 stroke, buys a 450 4 stroke, and beats roczen. That would make AMA motocross a bit more interesting in my opinion.
