Seems like it could also be a distraction. Looking at the light trying to get the perfect rpm and the gate drops. Maybe it’s just me squrrils do that to me all the time.

It's like a shift light. Who cares. You still have to ride the bike and exicute everything perfectly to get a holeshot.

reminds me of playing the old need for speed underground games doing the drag races, gotta keep that tachometer right in the green area for "perfect" start and "perfect" shift lol
