That’s just KYB/Technical Touch Kit suspension with the air fork option. You can buy that online for the most part.

No you cant the shock body is billet and different tripple adjuster.

Triple adjuster cap is not available in any way shape or form to the public.

Am i the only one that thinks that seat juncyoon looks like pure hot garbage on a FACTORY bike? Its not even close to lining up.....

The gas cap cover is purely an oem part and the main seat assembly gives zero eff's about lining up with it......not even a little bit.

Maybe that sounds petty and cosmetic but geez .....even ive come up with an idea that qould look SO much better and work in a similar fashion and no i didnt come on to hijack the thread or sell an idea....im just amazed there arent more people that haven mentioned this......it bugs me every time i see a factory yamaha 250f or 450f

The shock body on the Star bike isn’t billet, it’s cast. Two of the Star guys run a standard KYB adjuster with high and low speed compression as found on the stock YZ shock while two of the riders run the three adjuster that comes stock on the Suzuki KYB shock.

The fork is PSF1, Enzo started converting the forks back in 2013. Enzo and Technical Touch can get you them. The fork cap is unique and base valve, but neither of those parts are part of the homologation project. Honestly, KYB’s kit suspension is the closest to stock components of the main three’s kit options.

Are you saying that enzo and TT can get the caps, looking at the triple adjuster it looks to be the larger adjuster.

You can literally see the casting marks on the shock from the one single photo you posted - Plenty of vendors including KYB sell triple adjuster compression assemblies for the shock. As ML said, the kit KYB suspension is super similar to production stuff, more so than the other companies kit suspension.

They can’t not sell the fork adjuster cap, but the rules don’t require KYB to sell that part as it’s not on the homologation list.

Yes it does and no he doesn't, he's on kit KYB, not works.

Funny one, Ken Roczen is technically on A-kit Showa these days, not works.

What's the difference between A-kit and true "works" forks? Is it just coatings and materials, or is the internal configuration different?

Shock wise it's usually a billet body instead of a cast. There can be a difference in the shock clevis and maybe the adjuster, but it's usually just the body.

Fork wise, it's more down to the tubes and what upper diameter/tapers a team orders (kit is usually one base design), fork lugs where they ask for different widths, etc. Then top caps and their designs.
