Stankdog TUE?

So just follow Stankdog on social media and he has no problem ripping bongs etc for all to view. I have no problem with this each to there own and personally like what the guy stands for and brings to the sport. My question is does he have a Tue for this? Or do the rules now allow for this? Or has he just not been tested? Or simply just doesn't give a flying F?

Pretty sure marijuana is only banned "in competition". Most performance enhancers are banned "at all times".

THC is only banned "in competition" meaning there can only be a certain amount present when you're actually racing, but what you do during the week is up to you.

This is now the same in olympic weightlifting. THC is prohibited while you're actually in the competition.


So as long as he stops smoking Friday and resumes Sunday, hes fine.
