His source is obviously James himself. Russians have hacked the cell towers around his home. That's why the deal with MCR fell through, bad cell reception. MCR thought he wasn't interested. Heard that's all they could get with a factory ECU. Word is the original guy getting them the factory ecu for the Honda's lost cell service while trying to find Davi's lost parts and best they could do was a klx140 with a factory ecu.
