I know there was a topic recently about Sprint Enduro but I can't seem to find it.. I want to share my experience trying last weekends Battle Creek Michigan Sprint Enduro. The club did a great job and I highly recommend attending one of the other 6 rounds in you live in the area. There were about 350 entries, 20 of which were for round 2 of the co-sanctioned East Coast ISDE Qualifier series. I ended up winning the overall with a 1-2 on my very stock 09 yz125 play bike, check out the video to ride along! Along with my 1-2 from the first round I'm qualified for this years ISDE in Portugal.

I really like those kind of tracks, looks like a very long mx track
i just did my first sprint enduro last weekend out here in the dez and holy crap is that format fun.
The Shop
To the young 'uns: THAT is exactly how a 125 should sound.
At a buddy's mx track last week I was ripping around with a few local woods racers and one really fast former champ. I was busting on them a bit, saying I quit racing in the woods when all this rock-pile and firewood-pit stuff came in from enduro-cross. They said that stuff has all but disappeared from the local events here in the PNW.
What I've heard is that the whole sprint-enduro thing is catching on.
If your video represents the format, I'll have to check into it.
My other buddy wants me to do timekeepers with him, but I'm a racer and I don't want to do paperwork and charts. I just want to pin it to the checkers.
It would be nice to have big turnouts like this in MX again
And
This should be a Huge hint to anyone running a track that people want easy Jumps, and more seat time.
Maybe make some joker lane Type sections with monster jumps, and run that section in the A and B classes.
I would love that type of event.
When I talk to my woods racer friends, a lot of them love motocross too, but they hate sitting around in the pits just to ride five laps, so they stick to the woods.
Many of my motocross friends are practice riders only. Racing is expensive and you get about 13 laps per class at the average local race.
Pit Row
I’d love to race my local pro national’s (Millville) 125 exhibition race, but unfortunately the rules state the bike must be made 2014-present if the manufacturer still produces a 125.
