I don't know what it is but this looks so much better than the actual race coverage. It's much more immersive. I think the TV coverage gets too caught up on showing a zoomed out version of the race. Getting a zoomed in more cropped shot of the riders is much more appealing to me. You can see the little things that these guys are able to do on the bike that make them so much better than the typical rider.

Motocross needs the broadcast film crew on their feet not scissor lifts. Start caring about the core fans. Far greater chance of attracting new riders with this view. Can anyone explain why we want the sport shown as poorly as the broadcast? There must be a reason. I have a hard time believing its just being lazy with all the money spent on the sport.

Now....... Just imagine that same video with the bikes being silent except for a little chain slap here and there (e-bikes). No one can convince me that the racing would be just as exciting. The engine noise is part of the whole experience. The only thing that would make that video better would be substitute the 4 stroke sound for 2 strokes. Heaven!!

There's about 30 seconds of video starting at 8:12 that is some of the best MX footage I've ever seen. Nothing but body positioning and power application and balls. The whole thing video is really excellent stuff!

Tomac on the uphill lefthander - bike going this way nope we going this way. So fun to watch.

Webb in the corners - looks like the rear of the bike just squats and doesn’t move - KRoc once said KTM subscribes to a dead feeling setup or something like that. You can see it on the right hander just before Tomac bounces into the berm and gets drive out of the corner.

Definitely mimics the fan experience - no announcers just pure raw moto sights and sounds. It doesn’t take the place of an actual race broadcast but is a hell of a supplement - like having some creme brûlée or strawberry cheesecake after a workmanlike but satisfying main course.

Love the videos, I would also agree with the other people saying that this should be apart of the broadcast. When things get a little boring in nascar the broadcast starts showing shots of the pack from the wall cameras, it really adds to the show.

MY GOD THESE ARE AWESOME! Did anyone catch Barcia throwing his head from left to right over the second big ass jump at the 12:48 mark? The dude just flat lets it ALL hang out! This track is flipping unbelievable as well. Wow, just wow!

It’s clear they have a dead feeling on the bike setup. It’s also what makes it very successful on sx. Keefer did a WP factory setup vs Enzo best setup on a Yamaha and noted the very same thing.
