if you have an AppleTV or Roku / similar type of device to stream it with you can. Or if it's a smart tv, log into your NBC Sports Gold app, and there ya go.

The gold app is not crap by any means if that is what you meant. Using airplay etc to connect a phone to a tv does not work well for HD video. Far better off having a Fire TV where the app can be accessed (or any other service) properly.

If you have a fire stick you can download the Gold app and use it on your TV too

We have about 6 different devices and nbc tech support can’t get it work on any of them.

So they pawn it off on the ISP it’s a joke. Guess I’ll just wait for my Cycle News subscription to come in the mail to see the results.

Hi Wade,

We do apologize, I see in our case notes we did walk you through troubleshooting steps, and advised to try resetting your modem. If you are still having trouble, it could be a possible anti virus software that is set on your computer blocking the stream, we recommend contacting your internet provider to see. Otherwise, try streaming through another device. Unfortunately, we are very firm with our refund policy and cannot offer a refund since you have had the subscription for over a month.

Thanks,
Kelly

Thanks guys. I’ll try some of these links and ideas! The problem I have is getting my phone to pair with the tv. (BP refinery only gives us so much capability to eff off throughout the day) But I was going to try and watch qualifying during lunch with the guys. We had a laptop hooked up but it kept saying initializing and never played the video. I was going to try an hdmi adapter to my phone next

I’ve had issues air playing from my phone to my smart tv. It worked like a dream all of last year and the first few races this year, but I can’t get it to work now. Just using my fire stick to watch it on the tv

Use Chromecast myself works perfectly.

I'll chime in for Chromecast, too. It works like a champ.
