This is my first post but i just joined but check here everyday. I got rid of my 15 yz450f and picked up this new 18 ktm 250sx today after a year off from riding.

Nice!!! Are we starting to see a trend of folks returning to the two stroke? You folks can flame me if you want but the 125 all star racing has a lot people excited! Let us know how the bike is after the first ride!

Thanks everyone im super pumped im 29 years old and this is my first brand new bike lol. I have bounced back and fourth between 2 and 4 strokes and i always go back to the 2 stroke. I aint fast but i have always loved riding a 2stroke. And i will let yall know how it is after i get some decent riding time on it.

Dude you will love it- TC250 owner here, and I can truthfully tell you, I’ve had em all, and every time I swing a leg over mine, it’s like the first time.

Very, very fun motorcycle- Enjoy it!

I will man ive had yamaha,hondas and this is my 2nd ktm. My first ktm was the 03 ktm250sx. Any good tips for break in for it since this is my first brand new bike.

I'm a 61 year old vet rider and I have a nice 16 Kawi 450 that I love to ride.
But last fall I decided to buy a 125 just to play on.
I found a nice used 16 KTM 125 SX for sale and bought it. Had to drive 4 hrs to get it. There just aren't many good 125's for sale. Seems like demand exceeds supply.
Anyway, the last 2 times I went out for open practice at my local track I rode my 125 and had a blast. Never even started the 450. lol

Haven't had that much fun in a while!

Heck yea man thats awsome you cant beat a 125 they are so much fun. I had to go 2.5 hours to get this one the only two ktm dealers in alabama didnt have a 250sx in stock and found this one in chattanooga tn at griffith cycle and they was great to deal with.

Nice bike and you don't need to be fast to have fun. As long as you're out there riding, enjoying your time and making memories that's all that matters.

Thanks man and it seems like most everything i was getting was orange so i took it as a sign to pick up a 250sx lol cant beat 2stroke fun.
