So I picked up a 450 to go with my 250. Smoking deal for a 450 and the ergonomics of this bike feel perfect. I rode a friends 2018 RMZ and I didn’t really notice the weight. I ordered the Pro Circuit exhaust system and a high compression piston. JGR will do my suspension for me being that I live 15 minutes away from them. This is the first Suzuki I’ve ever owned.

I'm just yanking your chain, Broseph. They are excellent motorcycles, and I wish you much enjoyment as you thrash that bad boy!

Thanks guys! Really looking forward to this bike.

Dirtmike, that’s the “foot starter!” They are only unique to Suzuki. LaughingLaughing

I don't know why some people trash on these RMZ's , as I think they are great looking bikes. The newest one I have ridden was a 15' , and I actually liked that bike a lot. Very mellow power curve and it handled excellent! Have fun with her.

For me a kick start is a big selling point. May have to go yellow if I decide on a 450 for next year.

For the record I have a 12. Can’t find a reason to get rid of it or I may be on a new model. With some cash and small mods they can be made to be even better

I figure at least $6400 OTD. Your son must eat a lot at lunch time!!
It's not green, but yellow would be my 2nd choice

Same here. Electric start means shit to me. It’s never been an issue. These are dirt bikes, not computer software. If you’re too lazy to kickstart a bike, you don’t need to be riding one.

I have a '17 KTM 350, and after spending 9k told my wife I would probably just buy a current year used bike in the neighborhood of 5k when its time to replace. Prices like this make reluctant to not buy new!

Great score! I love the way those Suzuki's, and like you said E-start is just something else that can go wrong with a bike. I'd buy a yellow 450 in a heart beat. You can get your suspension set up, exhaust, and have money in the bank to race when you total up what I spent on my KTM with a coil spring conversion.

Did that have the compression release lever on it? All I remember while watching the races as a kid when the 4 strokes were introduced to the sport is "the 4 strokes are not easy to restart" anytime someone went down Laughing And they weren't! If guys went down they were down for a while.
