Tuesday my wife decided to upgrade to a Xtrainer from her 125 RR-S...Lucky for me I had an Xtrainer...So after twisting her arm for 30 seconds, i ordered a bike Tuesday evening from my local Beta dealer and found out there was no ETA. Day or so goes by and i was reading it would likely be May before i'd see it from another dealer i know up in Michigan. Friday afternoon i struck a deal with a dealer a few hours away who just got one in so picked her up Saturday morning when they opened.

2021 Beta 300RR Race Edition.
So far seems pretty sweet, going to be a bit different than the small framed Xtrainer that i've loved over the last 3 years of riding but wanted to try a full frame bike again. Need to get a few protection bits for her before her maiden voyage but looking forward to it.

If it ever opens back up! Seems like any rain and it's shut down for weeks.
Haven't been out there since summer due to a injured foot. A friend told me someone a month or so back found a hidden wire across the trail from a suspected hunter which doesn't have me too keen on going back out there during hunting season.

We typically end up making the trek to hidden falls more than Sam Houston. Way better trails and as long as we load up the night before and cut out early, we still get back early enough in the day to unload and wash.

You ride out there often?

No, but I have friends in Houston that do. I'm in San Antonio, so typically ride HF and Zars. Saw you were from Houston, so figured SH might be where you ride.
