Picked up a freshie today Tongue sold my 2016 a few months ago and it was time for a new bike after riding clapped out 125s the past few months

The octane levels you guys get at the pumps over there always spins me out, especially with comments like this.

In Aus, our minimum is 91. We have 91, 95 and 98. Granted we pay more per "gallon" but yeah its the norm here to run bikes on 98 octane straight out of the pump. So, that thing would reallyyy rip on 98 Smile

(Of course race fuel is also available).

I don’t want to get into the whole gas debate but to be completely honest I’ve ran 87 and I’ve ran VP...only difference was the smell Laughing I don’t even use all the power on a 450 to even notice

I jumped right into the clown sewer cause I saw 125 in the title. Still , I am envious of that sweet new ride!

Us and europe (and probably aus also) does use different measure methods (like with everything, who still uses inches TongueWhistling )

Europe use RON
Us uses RON/MON average, "AKI"

Euro 98 is around 93 us.
