While the world was a better place when people felt the need to hide their inner idiot, I think it's best to get it all out in the open. So I think I'd go the opposite direction and say that spoke skins should be free for anyone that wants them.

I like them. They tell you everything about the owners trying to sell them on Craisglist and FB. Spoke Skins = automatic pass.

I give any kid up until 13 years old a pass if they use spoke skins.
