Sorby's ride in the LCQ was crazy - he just rode around taking people out and finally fell on his fat ass himself. I don't know what it is, he rode like that in '02 in Houston, too, maybe he thinks we're all cowboys down here and we'll think it's OK. Honestly, I don't ever remember anyone riding like that in a pro race - the AMA should pull his license before he kills himself or someone else.

I have to admit, not really. But he's getting WORSE. It's nuts, I can't imagine why the AMA lets him keep his license.

in dec. 2006 i went to a race in tijuana mexico and was winning with 1 lap to go, me and sorby go back and forth, with some block passes. last corner, he ghost rode his bike into me and about killed me... he won but they dq'ed the bastard.

after the race he threatened the promoter that if he doesnt get his "promised money" the promotor promised him, saying " if i dont get my money ill make sure no one from my country or the usa will come race over here again" as in black mailing the guy...

he's one chicken shit mother fukker.

I hope CBS shows it. Unfortunately, we'll probably get 45 minutes of commercials and interviews, 2 laps of each heat race, the finish line jump of the LCQ's, and edited mains. Yanno, I wish they'd do that baseball. It might be ok to watch.

Sorby is due some serious payback from riders. Last year in ATL, he took out Preston and it was a battle each of them trying to take the other out. Actually it was entertaining to watch it but I would hate for a race to be decided by that goof ball crashing one of the leaders.

Wow. Haven't heard any of this before. Not to get off topic but how is your racing career going Dennis? I've been checking the results from various races to follow your racing. Not to often do we get a burgeoning pro on the website. Best of luck in your career.

I'm sure if he was such a fuck-up AMA would point that out? Maybe you guys have it a bit wrong? I have heard this before, probably something into it, but how come he's allowed to do it? Either you over exaggerate or AMA have missed this totally?

I didn't see the CBS clip you're talking about, but Sorby's LCQ ride was rollerball from start to finish.
