How about we allow BobbyM back, but under the condition that he be segregated from the Vital MX Community - much like rich white people segregated minority populations from American society in the past.

We could allow BobbyM to have his own forum room of sorts, like the "Moto-Related" section, and make that the only place he can post. In addition, before someone enters, they must click an "I agree" button, enlisting the details and terms of policy - including large amounts of profanity, and classic movie files of historical races - before entering BobbyM's Moto-Dungeon!
