Ya so far 3 out of 6 races had trouble because of the layout. Hopefully they’ll learn from it.

Plenty of time to pause...and do a complete redesign. Immediately after H1 they started building H2...as planned. Hopefuly they use the extra day to actually put some thought into it.

I thought the same, but... there was only one restart. A few first turn crashes, race kept going, no injuries.
Not as bad as I first thought.

There was only one restart because they apparently only cared about the multiple downed riders' safety once. Sad

I don't bitch about track design very often if ever. BUT who ever thought up of this one should be taken out back and beaten. I thought there would be some carnage but this was bad and easily could have been worse.
