Neither Orlando or Jax could fill to 1/2 capacity. I think they should advertise for a monster truck show and trick them!!

I vote for New Orleans returning, but have a feeling we'll get an NYC instead.

Wow would the union guys try to build the track?

Reed doesn't like the tracks now, he will shit a brick when he sees the Dirt Movers Union local 99 build one...

Can we wish and say at least half of them and then take those dates and have more nationals.

They already do at least one union stadium (Oakland), and the locals don't build the track.

can't really blame them... poor turnout when the weather is the shits year after year.

last year wasn't bad weather, but late in April they're asking for shitty weather.

look at the weather this week... 32 and snowing at my house last night for fukksakes

And just where in NYC would this thing take place?

Citi Field in Queens maybe, if they can schedule it when the Mets are on the road during bb season

I know ATL is only 3.5 hours away, but I think Charlotte could get a good crowd. Would love to see a race come here.

Not sure that they would risk the lousy weather in late April at either of those open stadiums. SX is over the first or second weekend of May, and the weather in NYC is still really iffy that time of year.

I don't think you can effectively do back-to-back weekends in the same location. I mean, they do it with Supercross and Monster Jam, but those are two different crowds for the most part. If you did Supercross back-to-back, even in Atlanta, I think you'd just have two weak crowds.

Zero chance that happens. Need time for the grass to fully recover.

Only two options are Ralph Wilson Stadium (not likely) or the Carrier Dome.

No chance, unless you want NYC to be part of the West Coast series. Smile

Looks like Monster Jam will be at the Carrier Dome on March 8th, 2014. I would bet it is close to that date, which just so happens to line up with the beginning of the East Coast series.

I'd be surprised to see it in NY in the dead of winter. In the past they'd talked about trying to do it in Yankee Stadium, but couldn't do it too close to the start of the baseball season.
