Does that mean MXSports and the AMA admit fault in the fact that Josh Grant couldn't distinguish between the old flag and a normal yellow flag?
Seems like Josh is owed an apology as well as his moto win (and points) back.
Either way, kudos to rider safety becoming an important issue.
