Kawasaki and Grant will probably part ways next year and I heard Kawi is in discussion with both Savatgy and Hill to take Josh's ride. Also heard that when both were holding their red plates, Savatgy had the advantage over Hill but now that Justin easily won the title with a good ride for 2nd at Vegas, and after Savatgy lost that title that was his to lose, does Hill get the 450 ride ?
The Shop
2016 = Webb owned him. Savatgy needed luck to win it and Cooper did what he had to do. Had Cooper Webb not "dabbed" over the finish line of A2 (I believe?) Savatgy wouldn't have even been a topic of discussion.
Cam Newton - Panthers Lost Superbowl
Dabo Sweeny - Clemson Lost CFB National Championship
Roy Williams - UNC Lost NCAA Championship
The Dab was not kind to the Carolinas. Cooper was the only winner. Sad.
I don't like just two man teams. Not enough exposure of bikes in the main for Kawasaki AND if 1 or 2 guys get injured you still at least have a rider and don't have to park the truck or scramble for a replacement (ask Honda just about every year).
Same with Savatgy, he stays right where he is at PC. He get's another year from the rule change.
Grant gets the spot next to Eli, nothing changes.
The only problem is Hill talking about definitely going 450? I hope he does, remember him at Monster Cup on the 450, it was that ride that had me thinking he would dominate on the KTM 250.
Hill seems to bleed green, wonder if he'd go to RCH with a Monster helmet deal?
Some racers might of known before it went public.
Some racers might have had to pull a Marvin to lose points because they didn't know they would not be kicked from the class.
Thin ice, better leave it at that.
