a power band!

I said, "what do you mean?". They said, well, you were jumping that BIG double, so your bike must have a power band.

I told them that I added it special for that race.... Wink

I took mine off for weight savings and the bike seems to be performing well without it.

It sucks when your boot gets hung up in it but thats all part of being an experienced rider.

I bought a blue powerband for my blue bike, and realized real soon that buying matching colors does NOT work well. So I switched to green, and could jump all the big doubles.

Also, Never go with 13 teeth on the front, and 52 teeth on the back, cuz 52 goes into 13 four times equally, so they'll wear faster.

a couple weeks ago i had to change my rear brake pads before a race,

i pulled the rear wheel off and i was missing 12 of my 48 teeth on my rear sprocket. 25%.

true story.

they did.

the power of the red powerband was equivalent to a round house kick to the face from chuck norris.
